You're not very smart are you? That's a relatively good dinner that is high in protein and not an overabundance of calories. The key is moderation.

Who makes a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich that is healthy? Eggs = healthy Bacon = high fat/sat fat/calories BUTTER = fat

I'm sorry but I've never heard of someone skimping on butter when they make a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich.

Now if it was just eggs, toasted wheat bread, and 1 slice of cheese, and no bacon then sure it's healthy.

Oh I forgot that I love breakfast food.

Perhaps I could do scrambled egg whites wrapped in a low carb (4 net carbs and 80 calories) wheat tortilla with some shredded mozz cheese. Perhaps I could sear some ground turkey meat and cut up bell peppers and onions and add that to the mix. Put some salsa on it and yummy! Maybe add some fresh fruit and a glass of milk.

FWIW I was reading Men's health yesterday and they recommended eating an Egg McMuffin from McDonald's in lieu of an energy bar before workouts.

Less calories, more protein.

BTW I've made breakfast sammiches before and never put any butter on them and they were fine...

If you come up with any more ideas let me know. I'm trying to gather as many decent healthy recipes as possible at the moment.
