That could be for his own reasons, like wanting to cut a bunch of weight quickly I'm thinking.
Somebody with the will power could cheat on a Friday each week, and just not lose weight or meet their goals as quickly had they gone two months without a cheat meal.

I'm gonna research keto this weekend. Gotta get down to my fighting weight before spring break baw. Any tips/meal ideas you fellas can share would be awesome

Lost a solid 80 lbs or so since January '14. No special diet though, just counting calories and prepping my meals. The past year or so I've been pretty stagnant and haven't made much progress. I've always said I could never do keto but I may give it a go

It's recommended to do the standard keto for 2 months before adapting to CKD or TKD

When eating quest bars on keto, do you count the total carbs or net carbs?

but I try to hit my macros with real food. Quest bars good for convenience if need a quick snack.

I'm eating that smoked salmon dip with some chicherones.
Pretty good. Spicy, crunchy, got some kick with the raw jalapeño.

I been doing protein shakes for snacks mid afternoon. Almond milk...protein and a spoonful of PBfit. Hits the spot.

The plain la croix isn't bad as a mixer with vodka or maybe some scotch.
