And to be completely sure, you can do what I do and just put blue cheese crumbles on the salad and then dress it with your choice of vinegar. It's fantastic.

Any carb free salad dressings yall recommend?

I am on day 11 of my variation of the Whole 30. I have had a few glasses of wine and a few beers but other than that, I have stuck to the diet pretty well. The first week I was starving and craving everything but it has gotten much better now. Looking online at some of the blogs for this diet, some of these people are pretty crazy about the specifics. I have eaten out and not asked what marinade my grilled chicken has on it. I know that is cheating on the real Whole 30 but for me, its fine.
Really the goal is to take the main points of Whole 30, and stick to them the best I can. No grains, processed foods, processed sugars, beans, peanuts, dairy and junk food. No dairy has sucked but getting easier. Haven't had any of the above yet. Not supposed to get on a scale either and I am going to stick to that till the end.

That's a good way. I just mix it up then drizzle it over my salad:
Toss half on the plate:
Eyeball some Crystal or Tabasco and white vinegar:
Work it around with your fork, adjusting sauce and vinegar:

Still dropping weight pretty consistently. Went to New Orleans for Mardi Gras and was very, very careful.

Weighed in for first time since Jan 22 ( I was 221 then)
303/227.8/210
227.8. Had a rough few days of Mardi Gras. Since I started the keto journey 18 months ago, this is the first time I had more than 2 high carb days in a row. Ate poorly from Thursday through Tuesday. Been back on the wagon the past 2 days, hope it's mostly water gain and I'll start diuresing soon.

I went from 215 to my current 162, so dramatic but not as dramatic as your journey.
Keep encouraged, because whether falling off a bit of even when not, the last 10-20% of the weight loss was by far the hardest.
I know you know this, but it doesn't hurt to hear that what you have done is impressive.

Curious to see what kind of progress I can make by targeting to cut out alcohol.

Day 3 of keto rolls on. Still very hard to walk past the pantry at night and not grab stuff....I have been 100% clean so far. Going to try to go zero booze.

Gonna be smooth sailing after today.

I hope. If this doesn't work I'm going to build a sauna in my house and just sweat off the pounds.

Keto delivers.
The next few weeks I'm ramping it up. I'm through the part where I'm adjusting. Gonna hit my stride.
