Been a few years since I been year but my daughter will be getting married in the next 12-24 months so that is my motivation to drop some pounds. Started at 258.8 a week ago. Weigh in is every Monday morning. Weighed in at 254.4 yesterday even with over indulging for the game Saturday night. Goal weight is 222.I WILL NOT walk my daughter down the aisle overweight and out of shape.

Decided to join you guys/gals. I see most posting three weights. Pretty sure the first number is starting weight and the last one is current weight. What's the middle?
Anyway, I started 7 weeks ago at 298.8. This morning I was 265.2.
No special diet plan. Just doing it the old fashioned way, eat healthy and exercise. I quit drinking beer (which is a miracle in and of itself) and switched to vodka when I want a drink.
I also downloaded the My Fitness Pal app to help me track things. It's awesome.
Anyway, I started 7 weeks ago at 298.8. This morning I was 265.2.
