Oh it's no joke, 15 minutes in I was huffing and puffing gasping for air.... I was going about 20 yards one way and then back the other lifting back tires and then pulling smaller ones. My legs felt like jello at the gym today

so, hopped on the scale this morning and was back down to that 270.6 mark that I hit a little over a week ago. Hopefully this past weekend was a nice shock to my system to get everything back rolling.
The month of August has been, far and away, the worst month I've had for actually dropping weight on the scale: From 8/1 to 8/9 I dropped 3.5 pounds and then from 8/9 to 9/6 I've only dropped 4 pounds. Ready to put this month of stalled weight loss behind me and push on towards the big 50 pound mark.

Haha I would but my brother was trying to lose weight to. He was trying to get down to 150 for a bet at work. So we had our own separate bet aside from his and the one by Oct 1st. It was $20 who ever reaches their goal first. Me for 300 or him to 150. He got it first but he'll be paying me back in about a week or two haha.

Screw that! Lol. I'd rather eat a little less than the few calories cardio burns. I need to start back doing it though. I hate it but always feel great after I'm done.

I need to get back into running anyway. It was mainly for training for a 10k I'm doing in November and half in January. Not so much to burn the calories. But I did burn 500. So I'll accept that.

Not as good a weekend as I hoped. But not bad. This upcoming weekend will be one big drink fest so I'll need to make up for it during the week. Had a great workout this morning to start it off.

My losses have all but stopped. Eating 1700-2100 kcals a day and using approximately 3200 a day. I probably need to bump up my intake but it is hard to eat more when this worked well for three weeks.

This pmsf is starting to take its toll on me. Felt terrible all day yesterday and feel terrible this morning. Weighed in at 148.9 yesterday though. Last Monday after a cheat weekend i weighed 158.

I was too run down to go to the gym yesterday. Knew I'd struggle. Another reason I probably need to up my calories. But losing weight is my main priority right now.
