Might be on to something. I shoot around and work up a sweat before I head upstairs and hit the weights.

Urge to drink while bored stuck sitting at home is strong, but didn't, and won't.
Stay safe.

I'd drink if I was you.
This is one of those times when diet be damned.

Learn to love it. Nothing generates more testosterone in your body than doing leg workouts.
I have made leg day my favorite. I do it on Fridays. Nothing feels better walking to and from work that day after having done a heavy squat or leg press session that morning. I can feel it all day and embrace it.
I alternate squats and leg press/hack squats every week to save my lower back which has a couple of bulging discs, but I go heavy doing both.

We had an all star crew. Bill had our back at all times.
We were always very nice, until it was time to not be nice.

Love me some Madigan's, as you and everyone else knows

My old Stanislaus roommate's stepfather Charlie Griffith owns it.

I'm headed in now. Didn't get up early. I tossed a few back last night. I may have had a half a roofie too.....

Blowing through the 270s. I haven't worked out since Friday morning, though, since my gym is on Siegen and I don't think I can get to it.

Got straight leg deads done.
IF until 12:30 or so.
Good job on moving closer to the 260's. I think our little paintrain talk helped you. You're focused, a little angry, and staying off the cocaine. That's the most important thing.
Keep the train on the track.

I thought the cocaine aided weight loss.
I must be doing it wrong.
ETA: IF until 12 and I am pretty damn hungry. Might do bullet proof coffee instead of eating. I could afford to skip a couple meals after having some pizza and a few beers on Saturday.
