It's the big put butter in your coffee in the am. So you are getting some calories and it isn't a complete fast.

Sucks that my gym doesn't open until 8am. Now that I've grown up over the last 3 weeks and don't stay out drinking until 4am every Friday, I'm up at 6:30 and ready to lift.

Would go for a run, but frick this rain.

I've got that issue over here. Doesn't open until 7am on Saturdays.

I've gone in at 5am all last week. By 5pm, I don't even want a beer. I just want green tea and a bed. lol
Last night I had two, which produces little to no buzzfactor. So, I may as well just not drink at all.

So, that's kind of #Gainz'y.

I don't drink during the week at all and have been 5am guy this month as well. I enjoy it so much more than coming after work with a crowded gym.

It's not like just because some nerd has the rack you can't work in.

This idea that people are "on" a rack or machine doesn't mean they monopolized it that day.

I workout at 5am so I don't have to worry about people occupying the equipment.

Had my first cheat day since 4th of July when I was in Portland for work on Thursday. Ate a whole 18 inch pizza. Fasted all day yesterday. Weighed 156.4 Thursday Morning, this morning I weighed 155.6. Looks like I overestimated how many calories that pizza was. I am in a bulk cycle so I don't want to be losing weight.

I can get up, get to the gym before the crack of dawn.. But the weights seem so much heavier to me in the AM compared to later in the day when I'm awake. Anyone else have this problem? Anyway to remedy it?

I'll catch hell from Bus for saying this, but do some cardio.

I don't even look at a weight until I'm sweating. I don't like lifting cold. I'd rather have some sweat going and get my blood moving before I start lifting.
