Sadly, no. My whole body already hurts from too many squats & pseudo push ups. I've gotta try to pull myself together to play tennis tomorrow.

Work's been busy this week. Boo. And I have tennis shite every night this week except tonight. Thank god. I can barely walk today. Every step feels like I'm being stabbed in the thigh.

The leg pain is from a stupid squat challenge on Facebook, not tennis. My body should adjust soon.

After a week or so it won't hurt too bad unless you take some time off. But that first week it hurts to even pee.
Squats kill, but if you want that booty lift, you're going to need to add a few more variations in there.
Speed squats, sumo squats, bridges ( I HATE these. They make you look super stupid, so do them at home.) donkey kicks, wall sits, etc. wall sits burn like the devil opened a porthole to hell in your thighs, but they work, and when you're done you feel like you accomplished some stuff.
