I want to lose like 20 more lbs & get stronger. I will probably always want to lose 20 more lbs, no matter what I weigh, but it's still reasonable at this point. Working out is the real part I need to focus on. I'm tired of feeling weak.

Girlfriend leaving for Christmas tonight, so we exchanged a gift. She got me 2 keto cookbooks. One of them is sweet and savory fat bombs...and since i have issues fulfilling my sweet tooth urges this is fantastic. Gonna be a baking up a keto storm soon and telling y'all all about it!
