Baws I've been back on keto for 2.5 weeks. I'm down 7 as of monday. 187 on Monday weigh in. About 4 lbs short of where I was when I felt off the wagon a few months back. I'm on track to be 180 or below by end of Oct.

I didn't hit the gym once last week.
I climbed a tree 30-40 ft each day in my climber. No blood on the ground though. Just walking, climbing, and quiet time. Burned some calories that way.
I'm gonna get some blood with my

I hit the gym Monday (legs) , Thursday(back) , yesterday(chest) and am about to hit it today(shoulders). If I go tomorrow it'll be deads, but I usually don't lift more than 3 days in a row so may do deads Monday instead.
