on accident. It was on sale and I saved 50% today.
I may has well cut the damn thing with a pair of sissors. It looks like a child cut the meat off the bone. I'm embarassed.

Good point and terrible drunk post by yours truly.
When I purchased it I thought it was boneless, so I was going to quarter it for my Instant Pot for carnitas and freeze the rest. It was about 12 pounds so it wouldn't have fit whole. Carry on.

If you have a saw that will work it is only needed for one or two cuts. Slice it 1.5-2” thick and make some pork steaks to cook over fire/coals.
