re: Provisions - old Gal's Bistro spot

I went for lunch a couple of days after they opened. I really liked the decor (other than the soup cans in the corners), and actually enjoyed the food (table got the roasted cauliflower which was very good, I got the burger which was good), but I can’t see it becoming a regular spot for me. It seemed like every dish was about $3 more than it should be. With as many dining options as there are in town, I’m not sure what they believe they are offering that justifies the pricing premium.
