Anyone have any experience with this? Looking to add a little organ meat into my diet and this seems to be an easy way to do it. Need feed back on taste and sources. TIA

Gonsoulin Farms has it at the Farmers Market in BR. I like it for recipes like chili or stuffed peppers but not so much for burgers.

Correct. Good in a sauce but not for ground or burgers. You can definitely taste the organ meat.

it makes a really good meatloaf
also meatballs with an interesting or spicy sauce
not so satisfying as a burger as said above you can definitely taste the offal and I like a burger on the rarer side

Any online sources yall’d recommend? I haven’t seen any locally here in Bham. Might ask the local butcher guy if he would do it.

Nothing that crazy. Hemoglobin was on the low end of the range last time I donated blood. Wanted to add this to the diet and see if that was an easy fix.
