Pressure Cooker Thoughts and Recipe ideas and links

I got the Power Coooker 9in1 pressure cooker months ago. I loved it. The inner pot wore out and started peeling. I searched to no avail for a replacement inner pot.
I researched and Paula Dean's pressure cookers have the ceramic non stick inner pot (with an option to also buy a steel inner pot)
I purchased her pressure cooker on sale at Evine online. I love it, it works great. (I have to hold the pressure release button-it does not auto release without holding)
I have cooked pot/pork roast with kielbasa, cabbage, chili, gumbo, a delicious white roux gravied seafood chowder.
I need new recipe ideas. I have exhausted looking for them online. I guess overall I need new dinner ideas.
Post your pressure cooker recipes or a link to them, please and TIA.

There's a pressure cooker cookbook with Louisiana recipes called "In a While Crocodile".
