re: Pork tenderloin recipe needed

Late to the thread but I cook them for the kids once a week. Their favorite is when I filet it open, stuff with Rouses cajun or green onion sausage, roll it back up, season the outside with your favorite seasonings then bacon wrap and throw in the oven. Slice on the bias and drizzle a little melted apricot or apple pepper jelly.
