Pork Shoulder/Pork Butts $.98 @ lb

I guess it might seem like I'm the "meat deal herald" but this one has come at a good time. I've been requested to make pulled pork for two different occasions/events and between the two I'll need 80 to 100 pounds of pork butts. It just so happens that as of yesterday Rouse's has them on sale in twin packs for $.98 a pound. There's a a limit of two per visit butt(lol),that's not a big deal. LINK
So, just passing this on in case any of you want some pork for smoking.

As it turns out the wife took some pulled pork out of the freezer I had smoked and Foodsaver'd for dinner this evening. Also coincidentally I may be making homemade ciabatta rolls this afternoon. We'll see what happens with that.
