Played around with some fancy platings this weekend.

Seared scallops with roasted red pepper coulis and scallion chiffonade


Pan-fried brie with local preserved figs and mint.

My and wife and I will get I the kitchen with 2, 3 or 4 bottles of wine and cook challenging dishes and plate them. We’ll post them on FB and everyone says we should open a restaurant. I’d rather have fun in my own kitchen and get wine buzzed and have fun!!! Your dish look nice!

The plating looks stunning. Try soaking your green onion chiff in an ice bath to refresh them. Makes them a bit crunch and creates a curling effect.
