The Crown does brunch until 2:30 and Hole in the Wall in Blairsville has fantastic breakfast. I believe Chevelle’s does a brunch, but I’ve never been.

Friends made here Monday evening. We drove out to Shoals Creek waterfall today and will head towards Hayesville tomorrow and check out a couple more. The leaves are absolutely beautiful so we were fortunate on the timing.
Late lunch at Shoebooties today ... nice place and good food.

Headed that way the week of December 13 to get the wife out of the house post surgery. We are staying in Mineral Bluff but will definitely make to a few small towns around looking for good eats and Christmas lights as the wife enjoys Christmas. Never been there but we will explore.

Yep, did the train ride and you are correct about we lucked up with the timing for the leaves. It is absolutely beautiful where we are staying.
