Places in bossier for temple meat?

Can't say I've seen any in the area, but if I were looking I would call Bergeron's and check Super One. Super One on Shreveport-Barksdale carries a lot of down-market meat products like gizzards, chitlins, pig feet, etc., so they may have some around. There is a Super One in Bossier on Airline.
Cotten's Grocery is in Shreveport, but it is a real meat market that may be able to hook you up. Not in the best part of town, so go prepared.

Might check Mahaffey Farms or Sample Farms. They don't have any listed for sale, but might be able to do a special order, depending on when you need it.
ETA: Sample Farm sells a whole head for $20- not sure how much meat that will yield, though.

Thanks, but I’m looking specifically for Temple meat, not the whole head. It’s take a bunch of heads to get any amount of temple meat.
