Their German offerings aren’t too great. I find that they tend to overfry stuff. Their schnitzel is tough as shoe leather.

They used to employ LSU music/voice majors. They would sing opera and would perform for your date for a small tip.

The food was always on point, but they need to clean the place.

Veal scallopini with the ark red sauce in the little iron skillet is good.

The restaurant is too dark and not cleaned often enough

Is there a relationship between this restaurant and the old Pinetta's on Perkins..I think Perkins.
I Have been gone for a few years.
It had GREAT inexpensive food, low lighting which served it well and they advertised the "world's worst service" which they lived up to.
