Well considering I work in a restaurant, I'm quite aware of what is normal dirtiness and what is disgusting.

This isn't about the kitchen. The area where you sit and dine has years worth of dust/dirt and they turn down the lights so you can't see how dirty it is. I'm all about charm but you gotta clean the place too.
