Hi fellow hot tamale lovers,

Does anyone have the recipe to the famous and great tasting hot tamales like Pimanyoli's use to make? PLEASE?

Reminded me of the old Muffaletta’s on North Blvd back in the day.

I don’t have a recipe but the lady that makes them sells them at the farmers market in central on Saturdays

Seems like there was a discussion on this a month or two ago, if this board has a search feature you should be able to find it.

Farmers market on Greenwell Springs 8-2 on Saturdays. She sells them there. I picked up a half dozen this morning.

Here is one thread with some recipes and tips.

There is another more recent that I can't find now.

Got Blaze has it down... he might have started the other thread I was thinking of.
