I was picking up a few items at the grocery store and saw the Pf Changs and Friday's stuff and wondered how close they are to what is served in the restaurants.

Youre the guy that argues with people nonstop over the years that everything at olive garden, chili's, and the rest of The shitty chains is made in house because your wife managed them

Yep. I think I remember him claiming that some of the Olive Garden chefs go to Italy to learn how to cook and that the sauces are all made in house each morning.
