Partially defrosted meat

The outside freezer door was left open last night and everything got partially defrosted. Fish, duck and shrimp. Is it safe to refreeze everything?

I wouldn't worry about it if it was still partially frozen and cold. Just close the door and let the freezer do its thing.
Just be sure to eat what was partially defrosted first as you need fish, meat, etc.
