Wrapping up a weekend- any last suggestions? Something uniquely Panamanian to finish off the trip, cost not a big issue, will do anything from street food to fine dining if memorable for good reason.

Did ceviche at the seafood market, loved las clementinas, a few other so-so places...

I'm sure a few of y'all have good spots.
