I've seen people laugh at that thinking it's a BS story, but I've seen it done a couple times when there in line ordering food.
I went to school with kids from St. Bernard and one of the girls named Rosalyn----no last name----worked at R&C and she took the order for the person before me in line.
He ordered po-boys and she cut the bread for the sandwiches and tucked one of them under her armpit to go to another area of the prep table to finish making them. I made a mental note to not order sandwiches from her.

Picked one up yesterday morning to use for shrimp po-boys last night and it was perfect. I've got a perfect size piece left over to make me a bacon and egg sandwich for lunch today.
