Can I freeze oyster liquor or how long will it stay in the fridge? Thanks

Yes you can. I'm not sure how long it will keep but I've frozen oysters in ice cube trays topped off with the liquor and kept them in a gallon freezer bag once frozen. As you can imagine the texture changes once you defrost them but they were perfectly fine for a gumbo.

Keep in fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. However the sooner you use the better.

I was planning on making a seafood gumbo for Christmas so I just need to keep for about a month

I have kept oysters in their liquor in a qt bag for almost a year. I bought a gallon of oysters for cheap down in Boute and asked for more juice. they were wonderful used mostly in gumbo and none the worse last bag to first. Something about chicken gumbo with oyster they just go together.
Here is how I make it. If ya neva had it ya need to try it.
