OT Poor recommendation: Grill/Prep station

I'd like a place to keep stuff I'm using for the smoker and grill while outside. I'd rather not have something that stays out there permanently. I'd rather something collapsible and easily stored in my garage when not in use.

I know everyone here has an outdoor kitchen with Nine LGE's but take pity on an OT Poor and reply with your suggestions. I see a range of stuff on Amazon but not quite sure what's worth a shite and what isn't.
