One Fifth Gulf Coast (Houston) to change concepts.. over and over indefinitely

Sounds like they’ll be a rotating concept restaurant for an undetermined amount of time per concept. Not just five concepts like the name suggests, but now unlimited concepts.
As many as they can fit in.

That crazy son of a bitch.
I wonder if starting this in March instead of August means Gulf Coast hasn't done well. Or maybe he's bored with it. Or maybe he realized there a lot of people like me that will visit the new concept once, maybe twice, and then wait for the next one. So this will get us in the place more often.
