Omakase sushi in Las Vegas

Going next month and wanted to get omakase sushi. Went to Kabuto several years ago and it was fantastic. It is my understanding that the head chef left there to open his own place, Yui Edomae. Was thinking about trying it or any other restaurant that is similar.
Has anyone tried Kame?
Places off of the strip are fine.
