Thanks everyone. I went pick some up this morning. It's got a really neat flavor. I'm going to grill some shrimp tonight.

We use it up here for steamed shrimp. We steam the shrimp first and then add the Old Bay and shake it up in a bag. You can steam it with the Old Bay already on the shrimp but it applies better if you add it after cooking.

RE: blue crabs. They don't add it to the claws up here. They add it to the whole crab. It's a good seasoning with a lot of great uses.

Old Bay is my go to. Tony's and the like have WAY too much salt in them. Old Bay is just right.

Old Bay is on time. Grab some Salmon from Sams, hit it with Old Bay and pay fry couple minutes each side.
