Oven roasted. I like olive oil, salt and white pepper. Or tossed in harissa or with some cumin. I love it.

Or air fried over a tomato, cheese, and herb salad.

I’ve air fried them a few times with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook them till sort of crisp and they are very good.
