New Addition To Our Menu

Shrimp and Crabmeat Boudin Balls.....$2.49 for 3 balls


Our regular cajun boudin balls are homemade now also and all of our boudin balls are larger than Tony's seafood boudin balls.

Also wanted to mention a few changes:

Our seafood gumbo has improved (and is a totally different recipe) and is now made using a seafood stock and is much darker (from the roux) and thicker than before and hopefully much better.


Just wanted to mention that because our seafood gumbo was lacking for a little while.

Propane Note
And also for the people wondering about the propane, as long as I am at the shop I can fill up the propane tanks by the gallon and not a set fee. So if you only need 3 gallons, I will only charge for 3 gallons.

Chicken Wing Note
We have switched to big chicken wings and done away with the small chicken wing niblets.
We can also do buffalo style chicken wings now.

Few Changes today to note:

We added 4 new tables and 11 seats. So we can seat 31 now.

We also added a tv for the customers. But we don't have the cable box hooked up yet. It should be hooked up by tommorrow hopefully.

In the office where my dad was. We kicked him out.

We just moved him into one of the back offices.

We stop serving lunch specials around 3 but I can have you one ready after 4 if you want one. Or if you just want the jambalaya, we sell it like that too. We also sell by the 1/2 pint, pint, quart, 1/2 gallon, and gallon.
