Off the Hook Is on Canal in Thibodaux. Sam Cashio is the owner I believe. He use to own the Western Sizzler in tmThibodaux as well as Cashios Catering. There was talk of a second off the hook location in Houma opening on St. Charles.

As far as the food goes its pretty solid. Im pretty sure they fry to order. The have shrimp, catfish and chicken. Never had the gumbo but if its the same recipe as Cashios then its serviceable.

Oyster platters too.
It's all good. Just needed to show Baton Rouge crowd what Bailey's and Cane's used to crank out.

Was on the road yesterday and tried this place out. I wasn't expecting anything great and that's just what I got. Damn it's is expensive. 3 small nuggets of fish, few popcorn shrimp, fries, puppies, and a drink $15. Not a good value. Should have just went to the jerky place.
