NYC: I need morning "to go" food for plane.

Leaving Manhattan to catch a flight home and wanted to pick up some goodies for the ride home. My first choice is always Russ and Daughters smoked salmon bagels. Only problem is they don't open till 8am (Sunday)and I have to be heading to the airport at 8am. Russ usually has an hour wait line.
Anyone have suggestions on something open by 7:30am Sunday?

Well, if you’re headed to JFK, there’s always Shake Shack.

Try Zucker’s Bagels and Smoked Fish.
I think they open before 7 am, but not sure about Sunday.
