Panchos closed? Damn. We used to get “The Taste of Mexico” once a week for take out. It was a giant grocery bag full of just about everything on the menu. It was either $19 or $24 and would feed a family of five. Hell of a deal and some of their items weren’t half bad. Better than Taco Bell but worse than legit Tex Mex.

This is really good there. I hate seeing fried gator but not blackened gator at places. What's the sauce they let you dip it in?

They use hollandaise as the dipping sauce

Not sure if they still do but at lunch you used to be able to get a blackened alligator and hollondaise poboy
