Katie's has options but it can get crowded at lunch.
Check out Wayfare too. Food is similar to Butcher but they have more space and vegetarian options. I had some excellent butternut squash sliders there.

That wouldn't be the first faux vegetarian. Look up food fads. It's one of the first.
