I don't think I am their target customer.

It was an ok place to hang out waiting for traffic to clear and watch games.

It was weird though because one of the tv's and the large screen was showing Family Feud.

Service is typical college girls with attitude acting like they wish they were somewhere else.

But again, I am not their target market.

Who do you think the target market is? College kids?

Ok I was planning on checking this place out when I get back to BR for the ATM game. It sounds like the bar scene at the north gates has really been picking up with the additions of Arcadia and The State in the old Louies spot as well

It's not like I was uncomfortable at all, and I have kids in college. It's just more of a younger crowd.

I wanted to watch football while the traffic cleared. The Varsity had a live band or I would have gone there.

I gotcha. I would assume being steps off campus contributes a lot to the target audience. It's strange they would have family feud playing on a fall Saturday. How are the drinks/beer selection compared to Chimes?

They have a good beer selection, but I could not find a menu anywhere. Not nearly as many taps as Chimes, but good.

Liquor selection looked pretty meh, but heck, after a game for a gin and tonic it was just fine.

All I can think of is that they had the LSU game on there and that came on after and they didn't change the channel.

I'd like to try Bay Leaf and Rama, but since I can get good Indian and Thai here and can't find a boudin ball or RB PoBoy in the whole state, I have to get my fix down there.

P.S. You guys that don't have to drive 10 1/2 hours to a game tick me off!
