NEXT COOKING CHALLENGE THEME: HOLIDAY SIDE DISH (ON JANUARY 2ND).

Anything but the turkey/ham/pork butt that you serve as your main dish with your Holiday meal. It can be a dessert, a salad, an appetizer, veggie, or whatever you eat/drink with your turkey. It can even be a drink (got a good egg nog recipe?).
I was thinking December 13th, but given everything that is going on, should we push this back to January, so people can enter either a Thanksgiving dish or a Christmas dish?
Okay - set the date for January 2nd. Hope I remember...

Sounds good to me. Let’s do it. January is fine.
Plus, anyone who cooks for thanksgiving or Christmas can enter the competition if they take pictures.
