New Wine Bar in Mandeville

A new little wine spot opened up in Mandeville, where Bouree used to be. ST. Ann Wine Bar. It is on St. Ann street right past that walgreens and across the street from the post office (across 190 from PAC, Meadowbrook, N'tinis). It is a quaint joint with a vast wine selection and great small plates and charcuterie boards. If you're ever on the Northshore, definitely check this place out!

What other drink selections besides wine does your bar serve?

They serve everything, i'm not sure what kind of bourbons they have. I know the beer list is small but diverse. I was drinking Urban South Holy Roller all night, but they had the normal domestics and some other craft like Juicifer, Tin Roof, ect.

Any idea who runs/owns it? Bouree was owned by an old friend of mine, Brian. I wonder if he still has a hand in it or moved on to bigger and better things.

I talked to the owner when i was there. It is Vicky Bayley. She told me that Brian sold it to her, I couldnt tell you if he has a hand in it or not. She used to manage/run many restaurants in New Orleans and on the Mississippi gulf coast. Some include Desi Vegas steakhouse, mike's on the avenue, and 204 North Beach. Im sure I am missing some, but she clearly knows what she is doing.

is there a happy hour special? wine bar near me does a select bottle at 50% off every day during happy hour.
