Steamed fish is a chinese delicacy.
Get a flaky white fish (preferably whole), steam it, then sprinkle with ginger, cilantro, salt,
Heat up a little peanut oil and soy sauce in a pan and throw a little on top of the fish.
The fish cheeks are the best part
