New roads Mardi Gras day parades

Completely unrelated to the food board but I'm planning on taking 4 kids to new roads Mardi Gras.
Any areas I should avoid?
The ot is ridiculous....so I'm avoiding the "new roads sucks" comments.

If I had 4 kids I’d take them to new roads before I went to NO. It’s not a bad parade.

We are doing a nice kid friendly parade in Covington tomorrow. I will be stationed around the Acquistapace’s lot of you want to ditch New Roads and head east. Tomorrow is also 4lsu2jr’s birthday, so he thinks the parades are for him.
