This is a few days old but didn't see anything on here. Does anyone know anything about what we can expect from this place or where it will be?

I think it is the one opening in the old Chelsea's location. I could be wrong though.

was thinking about that spot the other day. havent heard much about it recently. is the plan still to make it an upscale restaurant?

I saw that in Business Report a couple days ago. Same press release so he hasn't mentioned where.
But I did notice yesterday they started scrapping the ground in front of Alexanders for the building that will have the new Juban's (or whatever they named it) and Buquet has a sign out so construction has finally started. Hope that goes well.

Weird building, I'm sure they will run into a few problems.
