Ok just got a new Blackstone. I need any tips or advice you may have. Also any favorite recipes would be great. Thanks in advance.

Pay attention to the seasoning instructions and season it well. Get the blue "shop rags" to use instead of paper towels, they are lint free. Get a scraper for cleaning and always clean and re-season after every cook.
Anything you can cook in a skillet you can cook on the flat top.

stir fry and fajitas are my favorite things to cook on the Blackstone.
Watch a Todd Toven video or two for the stir fry. Its pretty hard to screw up.

Great tip. On mine, I’ve got a Harbor Freight magnetic paper towel holder - LINK to the orange one. Keeps em near by and you can cinch it tight together so they don’t blow away.
