None of us going have ever been, so I figured the FDB could provide some decent recommendations.
- Best hot spots for drinks
- Best food
- Best bang for your buck
- Any must-stops along the way to Aspen
- Breweries/beer recs
- Etc.
Any and all input is appreciated.
Edited: Bc Jones doesn't like half-naked women.
Jk, you're probably right.

It has been a few years, but here are a few places that we have enjoyed:
J-Bar - In the Hotel Jerome. Nice bar for drinks/cocktails.
Matsuhisa - Probably don't think of sushi for Aspen, but it was very good. It is also very expensive.
Paradise Bakery & Cafe - Our favorite breakfast spot.
Zocolito - Modern spanish/latin cuisine. Really enjoyed this place.
Campo di Fiori - Nice Italian place.
Safra's - Good Mediterranean place.
element 47 - When we went this restaurant was called Montagna. I'm not sure if it is the same management or menu, but it looks similar from the website. The wine list was incredible. Pretty pricey, but it was worth it.
The only brewery in Aspen is Aspen Brewing Company. It's ok. If you want a really amazing brewery, drive up to Glennwood Springs to Casey Brewing and Blending.

You're probably doing your thread a disservice because I would imagine most of the replies are from people at work
