Need help with a recipe I saw here once: Bourbon, blue cheese, heavy cream...

Did it on the grill and used it to cover some ribeyes. This was two years or so back. Maybe more. I had it saved as a screen cap and went back to it every now. The ghost of Steve Jobs must've gotten it and I don't have it anymore.

Had a little wow factor to the prep but I totally forget the ingredients, directions etc.

Can someone help my ignorant arse out?

Heat Bourbon in a skillet, add blue cheese, stir until it melts, gets gooey. Remove from heat and stir in cream.
Apply to heat and simmer until it thickens.

Basic black and blue sauce.
the wow factor is the bourbon will flame up..

Two ounces of Bourbon. handful of blue cheese and 3-4 ounces of cream.
