I've never been to a Chinese restaurant in Lafayette. Any recommendations out there? A good Thai spot would do as well.

Pimon Thai is good. Lafayette has terrible options for good Chinese food. We badly need an authentic place.

Thanks. It looked like slim pickings, aside from a number of buffet places.

That problem was supposed to solved by Shanghai Moon, between Best Buy and the daiquiri place. Don't know how good it was, but it wound up closing due to that crappy location.
Acme taco and burger is in there now.

Just go to Saigon Noodle and get pho or noodle bowl and be done with it.

Nah it closed too, about 6 months ago.

Yeah, Sunny Rice & Noodle is supposed to open in that location.

Closes a few months back. There's a noodle place opening there soon apparently.
We had White Fox in Breaux Bridge a few times and always enjoyed it, they're now takeout/Waitr only though.

Anybody familiar with MaeSone Noodle House? Looks to be behind Baskin Robbin.

It's good/decent. It's a date night place for some, a family night place for others. I think they still don't serve wine, so bring your own.

Don't like it at all. Go to Saigon Noodles/Blue Basil or Bangkok Thai or Pimon Thai.
