Go to Paul Prudhomme's original book.That's the best I've found for a whole, stuffed flounder.

John Folse has a good one in his Encyclopedia of Cajun and Creole Cuisine, it can be found online.

Go to the recipe cookbook that is on this site. I posted an old New Orleans recipe for broiled stuffed flounder. The recipe is an old Brennan's recipe. The stuffing recipe is easy and delicious.

The recipe is for broiled stuff flounder. I posted the stuffing recipe separate from preparing the fish recipe. If you still can't find it then let me know and I'll post it on this thread for you.
