Natural Casing Hot Dogs- NOLA

Is there any type of local or decent natural casing hot dog available down here? Whether it’s Sabrett in NY, Dearborn in Detroit, or Vienna Beef in Chicago, it seems like every city has a go to snappy hot dog. I know Nathan’s distributes nation wide but I don’t see their natural casing franks in the stores often, and I prefer all three listed ahead of Nathan’s. Might be the #1 food thing I miss about the Midwest.

Cochon Butcher used to make them in-house. Not sure if they're doing so these days. I'd check them out.

That’s a promising first reply. I’ll definitely check them out. Thanks!

I think Piece of Meat does them.
ETA: They are closed right now. Sorry, OP.

Restaurant Depot used to carry Sabrett, but they don't any longer.

I found some boars head natural casing franks at Dorignacs, which I have had before and were fine. Still on the lookout for any I listed above!
