Yea, it's my big Chargriller, I'm down one grate, cause when I was cleaning it, I dropped and broke it.
Concrete wins verses cast iron.
Oh and as far as seasoning goes its just hand smashed (rainbow) peppercorns, and a pinch of kosher & sea salt
